What is Rapid Floor Care?
Rapid Floor Care is a floor refinishing solution (stripping and waxing) created by JaniDocs. This systematic solution combines knowledgeable technicians, state-of-the-art equipment, custom-formulated chemicals and a complete understanding of how your floors are being used; hence extending the time between a complete stripping and refinishing up to 5 years.
Why is this significant?
Well, as you know, floor refinishing is one of the most expensive ongoing services that takes place in your facility. A complete refinishing service properly executed can cost your company upwards of $1.25+ a square foot (SF), depending on the quality of your flooring. Traditionally, a properly stripped and waxed floor lasts 12 to 18 months. To get 18 months out of your traditional floor care program, a perfectly executed plan had to be in place. If your facility has "normal" traffic and implements our program, you may go 5 years before having to pay for a complete floor restoration (strip and wax). While this solution only requires 1 full-restorative service every 5 years, this does not eliminate semi-restorative (scrub and recoat) servicing. By replacing 4 years of stripping and refinishing with scrubbing and recoating, will save your organization thousands of not tens of thousands of dollars in a 5 year period.

The Rapid Floor Care process starts with a complete understanding of your flooring needs and what your organization wants as a whole. These two elements are critical to the development of the overall floor maintenance process. We will begin the process by conducting a complete and thorough walk-through, followed by a consultation. Finally, we will deliver your organization a best practice plan that will be most suitable for your floor care needs.
Knowledgeable, Well Trained Technicians
When it comes to our technicians and your floor care, on-the-job training will not take place within your facility. We train each team member to carry out a specific job in each part of the refinishing process. Supervisors will be on hand to assist the technicians and assure that each part of the process is completed according to our company's standards.
Custom Formulated Chemicals
Choosing the right chemicals is a key part of the floor refinishing process. After all, not only are chemicals used to protect your flooring (wax/refinish) but chemicals clean, neutralize and remove the old, worn wax that is on your flooring now. The quality of chemicals purchased in the floor refinishing process has everything to do with the safety, look, and longevity of your floor's finish. Cheap, inexpensive, low-quality chemicals are some of the main issues that we see in the floor care industry today. In the Rapid Floor Care System, we only use the highest quality of chemicals on the market. The floor finishes that we use have been proven to withstand the test of time, five years (in some cases over five years depending on the maintenance program) between having to complete a complete strip and wax job.
State of the art Equipment
All of the equipment that we use is well maintained, the latest in technology, and is compliant will all equipment standards. We do not use "State of the Art" or "latest in technology" as a crutch. We apply the common sense approach to each situation. The "latest in technology" maybe a hand scraper instead of a buffer or an ergonomic mop instead of a battery-powered wax applicator.
Delivery of Service
Delivery of Service is "the system within the system" that involves planning, scheduling and work-loading. Unfortunately this is were most companies start and finish, causing inconsistencies. You may notice inconsistencies in pricing, quality of work, communication breakdown, follow-ups after the work is completed and so on. Delivery of Service is an element within the overall floor refinishing process. It is an important element but it should not be the only system in place to refinish your flooring.
